Samantha is currently IMDA’s Director for the Built Environment Cluster. She oversees IMDA’s effort in supporting built environment related companies gear towards digital transformation to stay ahead and embark on innovation for competitive growth. With a focus on technology and innovation, IMDA works with Singapore companies to re-design operating service models, review business practices for better outcomes, optimise resources, enhance productivity and increase value-add.
Samantha’s group also drives the Smart Estates Initiative where IMDA, with other agencies, identify opportunities for smart estate developments in Singapore and overseas, facilitate tech partnerships and build the smart estates ecosystem. Coupled with her previous roles in other economic agencies, Samantha is passionate about working with Singapore companies to develop business capabilities, devise innovation roadmaps, and support business growth.
