Yoong Khong is a Cluster Director of the Government Technology Agency, currently posted to the Ministry of Social & Family as their Ministry Family Chief Information Officer (MF CIO). He oversees the MSF and NCSS digitalisation plans including the social sector ICT.
Before this, he spent 4 years as the MF CIO of MCI and MCCY families and drove cross agencies initiatives such as volunteer management system, grants management, translation and transcription.
He has been in the ICT industry for more than 20 years.
