Mr Eric Teo

Eric Teo leads the Innovation team, strategising and executing programmes that accelerate the pace of innovation for the technology communities. Currently, he oversees 2 programmes. First, Open Innovation Platform, a virtual crowd sourcing platform that matches corporates with tech companies to co-innovate and co-create digital solutions. Second, PIXEL, an 28,000sqft innovation centre at One North, supporting companies to build customer-centric solutions.

Prior to this responsibility, Eric led the setting up of three prototyping labs to encourage a culture of experimentation. He also executed programmes to enhance entrepreneurial skill sets, inspiring the young with technology and build prototypes. The implementation of Labs was built upon his previous experience in developing programmes to drive a vibrant ICT start-up ecosystem, catalising the growth of smart capital, helping entrepreneurs to develop globally competitive businesses, and anchoring foreign venture-backed enterprises to Singapore.

Eric graduated from the Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
