Eveline has a passion for tech and has been with IMDA (and IDA previously) for the last 17 years. Her experience in IMDA include driving national programmes targeted at developing our local Tech SMEs’ digital capabilities such as Cybersecurity, Cloud Native, and DevOps to support digitalisation in a Digital Economy. Her team was also instrumental in the development of the Tech Capability Self-Assessment Tool to help Tech SMEs assess their state of capabilities in Cloud Native and Cybersecurity. She also led a team in the assessment of government grants to ICM companies to build up their capabilities and for market access to grow overseas. More recently, she has also moved to Incentive Management Division in IMDA to take up a new portfolio to lead the development of the next generation grant management systems and processes internally to support organisation operations and to streamline processes.
Eveline’s past experiences also include driving partnerships and collaborations across stakeholders with MNCs, IHLs, RIs and Enterprise Users and government agencies to set up centres of innovation and collaborations through data innovation platforms to develop local capabilities in the areas of AI, Data Analytics, and IoT.
