Mr. Guai Eng Chun is the Assistant Chief Executive of Integrated Health Information Systems (IHiS) Pte Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Guai was Director of Product Management and Delivery Group of IHiS from Apr 2018 to Oct 2020 and held concurrent appointments as Head of Test Competency Centre from Jun 2018 to Sep 2019 and Head of Quality Assurance and Risk Office since Jun 2018.
One of Mr Guai’s key responsibilities as head of MOHH Entities Technology Services is the strategic management of IT systems for the three Singapore public healthcare groups namely Singapore Health Services, National Healthcare Group and National University Health System, as well as key agencies including Agency for Integrated Care, 1FSS, ALPS, CRIS and MOH Holdings HQ. Mr. Guai is also overall responsible for the project implementation of more than 700 technology products that advance the delivery of care at all public healthcare institutions as well as partners including community hospitals, nursing homes and more.
Mr. Guai started his IT career with OCBC bank and served in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining IHiS, Mr. Guai held various leadership roles with multinational corporations, including Avanade, IBM and SAP.
