Drawing from 2 decades of regional business development, marketing and professional services management experience in the Technology sector, Jen Nie helms the Chief Executive's role for navigating Xcellink on its business transformation journey to compete in the Enterprise ICT services and solutions market with greater innovation and agility.
Together with her team at Xcellink, Jen Nie collaborates with innovative companies, progressive technology partners and passionate tech professionals to deploy tech talent and deliver workforce augmentation solutions that deliver business transformation value for its clients.
As a firm believer that technology skills are essential game-changers for steering the organization forward to new markets, she has piloted the Internship-to-Innovation (i2i) Program at Xcellink synthesizing the internship model for bridging careers reskilling with enterprise innovation goals of participating clients. To pave the conduit for tapping industry technology and management subject matter expertise into Xcellink, Jen Nie has also incepted the company's Mentors Panel & Program which has accelerated the organization's service improvement and business digitalization pilot initiatives.
Jen Nie currently serves at SGTech as 2nd Vice Chairman of the Singapore Enterprise Chapter, and is also onboard the Talent & Capabilities Committee's mission at SGTech to work on Singapore manpower and jobs initiatives for the rapidly evolving Technology sector.
Given her interest in supporting the professional development of youths, and as a proponent for business organizations to evolve workplace strategies with each new generation of tech natives, Jen Nie has participated in various industry feedback and mentoring programs for ICT tertiary students, and seeks to contribute her views through various business community sharing platforms, dialogue sessions and events. She was an invited conference panelist of Human Capital Singapore where she shared her perspectives on Business Productivity through Technology, and had also delivered a seminar on Navigating The Asian Enterprise for an international delegation of MBA undergraduates from the EDHEC Business School.
In the year 2020, Jen Nie received recognition as an honouree on the Singapore 100 Women in Tech List awarded jointly by the Singapore Computer Society and Infocomm Media Development Authority.
