Zhihan started his career with the National Population and Talent Division, Prime Minister’s Office where he was involved in creating policies and programmes to facilitate the social integration of new immigrants, before he moved to SPRING Singapore to drive strategic partnerships and industry projects that helped SMEs transform their businesses.
Currently at SGTech, Zhihan manages strategic programmes, including initiatives for talent development, internationalisation and industry events to support the tech sector.
